All that’s left of the famous Lockyer Tavern, it’s ‘Back Bar’ was a meeting place for the gay community of Plymouth throughout the 1950′s, 60′s and 70′s. Long demolished, it’s now the garden of the Bank Pub and the Civic Centre car park. If you know anyone who remembers it we’d love to find out more.
